Privacy policy

Supershuffle is a learning app developed by Midmorning. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you provide when you create and use a Supershuffle account, including your name, email address, password or authentication method, and connected sign-in providers such as Google or TikTok.

We collect learning-related information generated through your use of the app, including onboarding answers, learning progress, recommendations, completed activities, and other interactions that help Supershuffle adapt to your learning needs.

We may collect technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as device, browser, app, IP address, log, and security event information.

We use your information to create and manage your account, authenticate you, provide the Supershuffle app, personalise recommendations, track learning progress, improve the service, provide support, and keep the app secure.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand how the app is used and to improve learning experiences.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with service providers that help us operate Supershuffle, such as hosting, authentication, infrastructure, security, and support providers. These providers are only permitted to process information for the services they provide to us.

If you sign in with a third-party provider such as Google or TikTok, information is also handled according to that provider's privacy policy.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Supershuffle uses encryption in transit to protect information sent between the app and our services.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements.

You can delete your Supershuffle account in the app by going to Settings, opening Profile, and selecting Delete account.

Deleting your account permanently deletes your Supershuffle profile, email address, login credentials, connected authentication records, onboarding answers, learning progress, recommendations, and associated app data.

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by emailing [email protected] from the email address linked to your account. You can also read our account deletion instructions at midmorning.ai/supershuffle/account-deletion.

Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup recovery. Backup copies are deleted within 90 days.

Supershuffle is intended for learners aged 11 and over. If you are under the age required to consent to data processing in your location, you should use Supershuffle only with permission from a parent, guardian, school, or other responsible adult.

If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us and we will review the request.
